These Terms & Conditions govern your use of axisai.services, including the Partner Growth & AI Readiness Assessment and the optional Axis AI SMS Program described below. The site is operated by Axis AI LLC ("Axis AI," "we," "us," or "our").

You may use the website and assessment for lawful, genuine business purposes. When you submit information, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to avoid submitting information you do not have the right to share.

The assessment creates a plan from the answers you provide. It is an information and planning tool, not a promise of revenue, valuation, commission, earnings, or any other specific business result. A consultation is not booked by submitting the assessment.

Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, or use information from the site to send unwanted messages.

Program name: Axis AI SMS Program.

The Axis AI SMS Program consists of recurring marketing and lead-follow-up text messages sent by Axis AI LLC. You receive these messages only after you explicitly opt in through the separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on an Axis AI website form. Entering a phone number or granting general permission to contact you does not enroll you in the SMS Program.

• Message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or access to Axis AI services. No purchase is required to provide consent.
• The Privacy Policy explains how mobile information and SMS opt-in records are handled.

You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a program message when available or by contacting hello@axisai.services. Opting out of SMS does not automatically change your separate direct-contact permission.

When you select the SMS checkbox, we record the phone number you provide, the fact that you selected the checkbox, and the consent language shown with it. We keep the general direct-contact permission, policy acknowledgment, and SMS consent as separate choices.

We do not treat a public listing, an imported contact, a phone number alone, or a general assessment contact permission as SMS marketing consent. The SMS Program is intended for people who explicitly opt in through the website.

Axis AI owns or has permission to use the text, design, branding, and other content presented on the website unless a different owner is identified. You may read and share a link to the site for a lawful purpose, but you may not copy, modify, republish, or commercially exploit site content without permission.

We may change the website, assessment, SMS Program, or these terms as our services and communication practices develop. We will post updated terms on this page and change the last-updated date. Review the current terms before using a feature or providing a new permission.
